Some can handle it by talk to family or friends. Some can only keep in the heart.
But it ended up hurt ourself.. Stress and feel like going crazy.
I've been in that situation. A situation where i'm crying all night. Started thinking nonsense when i close my eyes.
Can't sleep. Only when i'm crying until my eyes tired and i will fall a sleep slowly.
And this is how i overcome this situation :

When i'm on my depression mode, i will find some quotes to make me calm. I have so many screenshot quotes in my phone. Motivation quotes about life.
Read and repeat.
This simple sentences make my life.

2. Listening To Dance Music
It will make our mind feel more lively.
Dont listen to sad song or brokenhearted song.
Usually i wrote down the lyrics. Translate it. And it will make me forget about my problems.
Music is the best companion.
3. Dress Up, Make Up And Hangout
If i'm on my depressed mode, i always ask my friends to go out. Eating ice cream is the best solution *really*
In depressed situation, i dont like being lonely. It will makes me more down. I need some noise from people around me. Sometimes it feels annoying, but actually it really helpful to our mind.
That is some tips for me. I learn from what i've been through.
Remember that everyone have a problem. Some show it, some hide it. Some overcome it, some give up.
And right now i choose to overcome it. Because i have a bunch of kind people around me who always support and love me.
So i decided to live my life happily, and love freely.
